THE DEALERSHIP IS ACTUALLY BILL HARRIS AUTO CENTER WHOM ALSO BOUGHT OUT THE MOTION AUTO DEALERSHIP. WE SPOKE WITH SCOTT HARRIS IN REGARDS TO OUR VEHICLE BEING FIXED. WE HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM OVER, AND OVER WHILE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. WELL THEY COULD NEVER PINPOINT THE PROBLEM AND THEN AFTER WE PAID THEM 50.00 TO CHECK TO SEE WHAT'S WRONG (AFTER THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED) THEN NOW THEY KNOW WHAT'S WRONG. THE AC COMPRESSOR FINALLY BLEW UP ON IT. AFTER DOING OUR HOMEWORK APPARENTLY GM HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE AC COMPRESSORS ON THE 2002-2003 TAHOES. SINCE THIS WAS THE PROBLEM ALL ALONG AND WE TOOK IT IN UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY AND GET IT FIXED---ONE WOULD EXPECT THE DEALERSHIP TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, THEY SAID DO NOT COME BACK TO OUR BUISINESS AND WE DO NOT WANT TO SELL YOU ANYMORE VEHICLES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PR!!!
