BEWARE OF SCAMS TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY WERE RUNNING A $2500 PUSH PULL DRAG TRADE IN DEAL AND WHEN WE GOT DOWN THERE WE WERE TOLD THAT IT DID NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN VEHICLES. THAT WHEN THEY RUN THIS SPECIAL THEY WOULD RAISE THERE PRICES. I WAS PROMISED A $2500 TRADE IN AND THEN TOLD TO PUT MY CAR NEXT TO THE ROAD AND SELL IT MYSELF IF I THOUGHT I COULD GET THAT OUT OF IT. THEY THEN OFFERED TO GIVE ME WHAT THEY THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH. I EVEN SPOKE WITH SALES MANAGER WHO TOLD ME IT WAS MARKETING 101 TO SAY WHATEVER IT TOOK TO GET ME IN THE DOOR AND THAT THEY WOULDN'T MAKE ANY MONEY IF THEY DID $2500 FOR EVERYONES CAR. I DROVE OVER 160 MILES TO GET TO THIS DEALERSHIP AND WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED BY THE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THEY WERE RECEIVING 2 EXTRA VEHICLES THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN ONLY TO GET THERE AND FIND OUT THAT THEY ONLY HAD EXISTING STOCK. I FEEL THAT I WAS VERY MISLED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.

purchased a vehicle from this dealer when service dept was not open. Took it back to get detailed. they had my car for 3 hours and when i got in they had not touched the interior. when i had them take back in they kept it for another 45 minutes and when it was returned to me they had vacuumed but there was still dirt under the seats and in the seats and they had cleaned just the top of the dash. There was pop splattered on the ceiling, the doors were dirty, the cup holders were dirty and the entire back of the van had not been cleaned. Promises were made at the time of purchase that were not followed through by our sales rep Calvin.
